The Site is operated by Objective Edge - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the PowerHouse Training brand, and provides information about its masterclasses, workshops and related services. Unless otherwise stated, text, graphics, branding, frameworks, training descriptions and other original content are owned by Objective Edge - FZCO or used with permission and are protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for lawful personal or business information purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, systematically extract, alter or distribute substantial portions of the Site or its materials without permission, or use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it or with other visitors.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Please do not submit confidential, privileged or highly sensitive information through the public website form unless we have agreed another secure method.

PowerHouse Training names, branding, course concepts, frameworks, slides, exercises, methods and other proprietary materials may not be re-branded, reproduced, trained into a commercial product, resold or presented as your own without written permission.

10. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Site Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising out of or relating to use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11. Remaining Provisions

If any part of these Site Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
